When she's not acting, Shani is performing at local coffee shops, writing songs, and making videos for Youtube. Vocalist and multi instrumentalist, Shani plays piano, guitar and violin. She enjoys singing many genres of music ranging from folk and pop to Disney and Broadway.

In September of 2013 Shani embarked on a three month North American Tour with Canadian Singer Lee Lindsey as her violinist and background vocalist. Together, they played over 25 different shows in different cities throughout Canada and the United States including Toronto, New York, Nashville, and Dallas.

In 2014 Shani released her Debut EP, Heartbeat, featuring five original songs.
